Ultra Care Corp Converse Alar Hook consists of a flat handle that has perforations and a double-ended design. Moreover, the perforations on handle allow surgeons to perform self-retaining tractions.

In addition, the alar hook’s working ends feature two sharp prongs to ensure safe manipulation of the nasal alae.
