15-3/4″ (40.0 cm)  Kielland Obstetrical Forceps feature a very small pelvic curve and a sliding lock to aid births where the fetal head is not in line with the birth canal. The small pelvic curve allows for rotation of the fetal head. The curved cephalic blades grasp the fetal head during delivery.
