2 pairs of blades, 10-3/4″ (27.3 cm) Hoen Hemilaminectomy Retractor is a unique instrument ideal for hemilaminectomy procedures in which half of the vertebral arch is removed to alleviate pressure on the spinal cord. The unique long arm design allows this retractor to be effective in retraction while remaining out of the surgical field. Additionally it features two pairs of blades allowing secure retraction.
