Caspar Rongeur

These rongerus are specifically designed for handling the fibro-cartilagenous structures that are found interspersed between each vertebrae which are the intervertebral discs. The ring handle design allows for optimal manual operation so as to preserve the structure of the disc but effectively grip it. This can be used in procedures such as discectomies and a vast array of other spinal surgeries. Additionally this instrument is features cup jaws and is available in straight, up or down profile making it suitable for any particular surgical approach of surgeon preference.
