Pennington Septum Elevator – Double Ended

Ultra Care Corp Pennington Septum Elevator – Double Ended assist doctors to treat nasal diseases. For instance, the device removes parts of the nose tissues in plastic surgery. Therefore, we designed the Pennington Elevator with a central handle and a long profile to increase your dexterity and control. Moreover, the outer serrations on the handle increase your comfort and prevent hand slips in fine procedures.

You can use the Pennington Septum Elevator – Double Ended two blades to suit different approaches. Both are D-like blades and have round ends in order to separate soft nasal tissues without direct cuts.  In addition, the outer edges of the blades are blunt to prevent damage to surrounding structures. The Pennington Elevator with a slender blade’s neck allows you to see the working tip easily.

This Septum Elevator is 21.5 cm long. In addition, the two blades are 4 mm in size.
